Meet up with the Air Strike team

Members of the Socialist Party have produced copies of Air Strike bulletins and updates on this blog for just about every strike day to report on how the picket lines are going, offer up cabin crews point of view through interviews and offer ideas for tactics that could bring the dispute forward.

We think it is important for socialists and other trade unionists to support workers in struggle and have been able to play an important role in doing this during the Lindsey oil refinery dispute, the Visteon factory ocupations and the fight against victimisation of a Unite convener at the Linamar car components plant, for instance.

If you have enjoyed our material and would like to discuss further what we do and what is the alternative to a system where workers are constantly forced to struggle or see their conditions pushed down, we will be having an informal meeting in the Duke of Wellington pub opposite strike HQ at 2:30pm, Tuesday 30th March. Come along for a drink and a chat to find out more.
